Hi everyone! You might be having an issue with your Windows 10 PC where you keep getting an error that says “a critical process has died”:

So, let’s take a look at some ways to fix this issue.

Reboot

First of all, you might want to perform a hard reboot on your machine, you would be surprised how many issues can be solved by simply rebooting your machine, so, go ahead and hold down the power button of your machine and see if it ended up fixing the issue!

Viruses

Next up, another thing you might want to look for is any malware on your machine, so, open up any anti-virus program you have installed, run a virus check, and make sure your PC is free from any malware or viruses.

Storage

On top of that, I would recommend checking to see how much storage you have on your machine, if your machine is almost out of storage, this can also cause some issues as well.

Updates

You can also try uninstalling any Windows Updates you recently made, from my experience, if you just recently updated your PC, this may fix a few things, but it can also cause some issues, so, try reverting an update and see if that ended up fixing the situation as well. If you haven’t updated your machine in a while, you can also try updating your PC and see if that ended up fixing the situation as well!

There you have it! Do you know of any other ways to fix this issue? I would love to hear your thoughts about this!
